SHAPING CHILDREN’S FUTURES THROUGH QUALITY EDUCATION, CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT, AND LASTING CONNECTIONS.
We started with the idea that we could make a difference in a few children’s lives with what has come to be known as whole-child education. We knew that a broken U.S. educational system hyper-focused on testing our children does not ensure their success, happiness, or well-being – now or in the future. That’s why we focus on developing the whole child – body, mind, heart and spirit.
Since 2012 our unique, proven educational approach has created a culture where:
Restoration and the fostering of relationships, respect, and responsibility is the norm.
Children are happy and learning to develop healthy social connections with classmates and teachers.
Students are taking responsibility, making good choices, and working together.
Young learners are challenged to think critically.
Young leaders are empowered to find their voice and help others find theirs!
We invite you to visit our campus to experience it for yourself!

NOW ENROLLING WHOLE-CHILD 7-12TH LIBERAL ARTS SCHOOL – DEVELOPING LEADERS
Our whole-person paradigm concentrates on developing leaders by instilling a solid foundation of success habits that make a world of difference on youth’s growth trajectory.
Scholars complete their education with an understanding of their natural strengths, talents and interests and how to achieve any goal they set. They graduate with clarity on their ultimate life mission, soul’s code and legacy they will leave behind.
Through our body, mind, heart and spirit focus and academically rich curriculum, students at Paideia Academies expand in a way they wouldn’t at other schools. They find their own voice while helping others to find theirs – displaying exemplary qualities of a true leader.
THE PAIDEIA DIFFERENCE
Paideia Academy focuses the whole-person paradigm by setting a student/leader culture through The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the Leader In Me program. These habits are embedded in the culture and activities of Paideia. With the leadership habits, Paideia nurtures the student to:
Be proactive instead of reactive by taking responsibility for their lives and making good choices.
Begin with the end in mind by defining their mission and goals in life.
Put first things first by planning and spending their time on the things that matter the most.
Cultivate a win/win attitude by seeking solutions where everyone can win.
Seek first to understand and then to be understood by listening to other people’s ideas and feelings.
Synergize by working together to create more.
Seek balance in their lives by regularly renewing their body, mind, heart and spirit.
As students get older, we help them to fully form the 8th habit, “find my voice and help others find theirs.”
The Paideia experience of grades 7 through 12 is designed to assist the student to find their ultimate life mission, their soul’s code, the legacy they will leave. When a student – who has found his/her voice – graduates he/she will have a firm foundation not only to enter post-secondary studies but to complete and contribute to her chosen life’s work.

Our Culture of Unity
Paideia Academy is committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in every aspect of our organization. We do this for ourselves, our community, and the world, because it is what is authentically in our hearts.
The synergy tree is our enduring symbol of the entire Paideia community working together for whole-child education: Body, Mind, Heart, Spirit. This means that Paideia welcomes open discussions about the hardships associated with differences of ideologies or challenges associated with race and inequality, and other adversities that affect our community both inside and outside of school. We encourage you to reach out to our school social worker and scholar support specialist for guidance, support, and information about community resources. Please do not hesitate to contact us if your scholar needs additional support.
We will continue to use the process of synergy to harness the energy of love, kindness, patience, and understanding, to nurture our culture of whole-person learning for all scholars and principle-centered leadership for the planet. We strive for a perfect system of synergy - working together to achieve more, together.
